1. Scope of Offer

• This voucher entitles the bearer to one (1) set of Kizuna premium strings at no additional cost.

• Labor Fee Required: Please note that this voucher DOES NOT cover the labour fee. All customers are required to pay the standard professional stringing service fee at the prevailing rate.

2. Usage Policy

• Service Requirement: This voucher is only valid when the stringing service is performed in-store. The free strings cannot be taken away as a standalone product; they must be applied to a racket by our authorized stringers.

• String Selection: Valid only for Kizuna strings. Subject to stock availability.

3. Redemption & Validity

• Expiry Date: This voucher must be redeemed on or before Date stamped .

• Limit: Limited to one (1) voucher per customer.

• Non-Transferable: This voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.

All Vouchers must be not physically damaged and stamped to be valid

4. Restrictions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, club discounts, or loyalty programs.

• The voucher must be presented to staff at the time of racket drop-off.

5. Liability & Technical Specs

• Kizuna is not responsible for frame breakage due to pre-existing fatigue or damage.

• Stringing tension will be applied at the customer's risk if it exceeds the manufacturer's recommended tension for the specific racket frame.
