1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location.Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount (see current promotions for details).

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at teddy@kizunabadminton.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Order Issues & Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Taxes are applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer a substitute.
